1. Is the Plamere included with my tuition?

Yes! We offer an online training course option that includes the Plamere Kit. ($3000) We also offer the online training course for student who already own the Plamere ($2000). Select the course that works best for you. However, once enrolled we do not refund tuition fees paid for your Plamere kit if you change your mind on which course option to select.

2. Does my Plamere Device come with a warranty?

Yes, your device is covered under manufacturers warranty against defects for 1 year from receiving your Plamere. Call 833-252-3464 for additional information on warranty.

3. Do I need a specific license to take this course?

Our program is offered world wide and we do not require prior licensing to become certified within our program. It is each students responsibility to research the laws in your intended area of practice to determine if any additional licensing is required for your business. We do not encourage or endorse use of the methods or the device in any area where licensing is required if you do not hold the appropriate licensing. Please check you state and county licensing boards first to confirm if a license is required in any area you intend to practice professionally.

4. How long will I have access to the course?

You will have access to the online course for 1 year after enrollment. The course can be completed in approximately 2 full days. Though your access to the study guides will remain available to you for 1 year to help assist you as you get started taking clients.

5. When Do I Receive My Device?

Devices Priority USPS shipping the next business day after we receive your payment. Shipments typically arrive 2-3 business days after ordering. You will have your device in plenty of time for your class!

6. CPD Accreditation?

We provide training backed with the confidence and commitment of the internationally recognized CPD accreditation. The CPD credits earned in our training can be applied to CLE requirements and enable you to be qualified for advanced training in other aesthetic procedures in your home country. Please check your region regulations for the application of your CPD credits.

7. Is Group Training Available?

Yes, we do offer special arrangements for group enrollment with a minimum of 3 students enrolling in the group. Each student in the group must purchase their own enrollment. Enrollments are non-transferable once a student is registered. Account access and certification is only available for the student registered. Accounts violating this term of the agreement may be restricted to ensure the integrity of enrollment for our students and training team.
